Home Reports have been required since 1 st. December, 2008 for every home marketed for sale, unless already on the market before that date. We can guide you through the process of obtaining Home Reports.

Our firm also provides conveyancing services to allow your sale to be dealt with from start to finish under one roof.
If you are purchasing, our solicitors can guide from the initial steps, including arranging survey to carrying out the conveyancing and obtaining the keys and completion.
